Well, I've done pretty good so far....however....I find that box of wine in the fridge just sitting there and needed to breathe, so I had 2 glasses last night, which, I supposed, is better than having 4-5 mixed drinks - right? And then there were the cookies in the fridge :( Only 2 left and I didn't want to toss them out....so, now they're gone and I don't have to worry if the crows ate them or not LoL

Yesterday I DID clean out my pantry which has 3 nice sized shelves. I marked everything with the carb count and size (i.e. 1 cup = 8 carbs), and put all the foods I can eat on Induction on one shelf, all the high carb stuff on the top shelf (rice, noodles, cake mix, etc.), packaged up all the cereal and took it to the barn for the donkeys as a treat ....however the dogs like the cereal too....and so now I'm set. I even marked frozen food in the freezer!

If I just hadn't noticed those cookies in the freezer - grrrrrrr

Oh well, I'll try to be more resistant to temptation this week - thank goodness I ran out of bourbon and vodka - those are my weaknesses. I could just toss the wine out I suppose, I don't really like wine that much anyway.

So, it's a new day, and I'm determined to keep on going!
