I have managed to put 5 pounds back on, which is not a bad thing, now I can start to lose it again and maybe lose that last stone and a half.

I have been roughly the same weight for months now and I just went back to eating loads of rubbish so that something would happen. Finally it has.

I am back on the diet and back on the fitness and seeing as we are getting into the colder weather that is even better because your body burns more when it is cold.

So best of luck everyone.
