Diet has been excellent. Staying under 1300 = 1600 cals.

3 Eggs and Hummus in Morning

Chicken with Salad Lunch

Chicken and Veg or Salad dinners

1 hour of Weights 5x a week
1 hour of Martial arts 3 days a week.
2 hours of dancing 2 - 3 days a week.

And Party on the weekends.

Need to cut back on the drinking to progress. But the extra exercise is netting me like 1 pound loss per week, I think...maybe less.

Kind of absurd how much I have to do just to lose a pound.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
