Go you! :) It's okay to take a small break from working out for a just a few days every once in a while so your body can recover and become stronger. You can always focus on low impact exercising like walking or stretching if doing some kind of exercise motivates you. But I would consider it a success just sticking to the diet. Congratulation on the weightloss :)

If I may add in my 2 cents, you should absolutely continue to do weight training. A combination of cardio and strength training and you have the perfect workout routine. When I first started this weightloss thing I did mostly steady-state cardio like running and cycling with a few bodyweight exercises thrown in here and there, which resulted in a hip injury that could absolutely have been prevented if I had just done regular strengthtraining with focus on the legs, especially hips and knees. So from my own experience I have to tell you, it's important to do strength training to support the muscles you use during cardio. That injury kept me from performing any exercises for a good six months, in which I gained back a lot of weight, which sucked. And not only that but muscles use more energy than fat, which means that the more musclemass you have the more fat you'll actually burn, and your body composition will change quicker. I didn't start doing serious weight training till about four months ago, and I wish I would have just done it from the beginning. I don't always get the results on the scale, but the mirror and my measuring tape doesn't lie, and it's amazing what lean muscle does to the body. And just in case you are one of the worried ones, women are physically incapable of bulking up naturally, we just don't have the testosterone. But whatever you do that works for you in your weightloss, good luck... And sorry for the rant. :)
