Put distance from stationary bike down on a map?
I'm wondering if there's an app or site where I can put distance from a workout on a stationary bike into a map with a specific route every time I workout.

Like if I want to ride the distance between my home and all the way to Madrid, Spain on my stationary bike, and one day I ride 15km and the next 20km, is there a place where I can follow that route and put in the numbers each day and see how far along I am on a map? Like an app that keeps track?

I think I will try calorie shifting for a while or at least something similar. I have tried zig-zagging my calories in the past, and for some reason it makes sense in my head that it's a good idea. I just don't like the 3 days of cheating. I'm sure for most people it's a good thing, it makes the cravings less on days where they have to follow the diet, but I'm worried I'm more in the other category where if I get a taste of it, I can't stop again. And to me three days seems like a lot.

But anyway, I added the extra calories and I still lost weight, so I think it was a good choice for me. Smile

I might me eating too little?
I have now lost about 38 lbs since starting out in March, so it's been a steady and slow weightloss. To be honest when I began this weightloss I was more concerned about getting thinner, whereas now I feel it's important for me to be heathly while dropping the weight.

I remember reading somewhere that as a woman you should never eat below 1200 calories a day, but even so since starting out I have been striving to eat no more than 1200 kcal a day. On average my daily calorie intake is about 900-1100, sometimes even less.

I should properly mention that I'm 5'7 and currently weigh 167 lbs. I basically sit in front of my computer all day long, but I do work out about four to five hours a week spread out. According to calorie calculators I should be eating no less than 1338 calories a day.

So my question is... Is it really unhealthy for me to be eating the amount that I am? And if I where to increase my calorie intake to about 1400 kcal what would happen? Will I gain weight or just not lose weight for a while? What should I expect?

I want to know because for a while I haven't been losing as much weight as I'm used to, but I've added more exercise. My first instinct would be to eat even less, but I think I remember reading somewhere that eating too little can cause you to stop losing weight (plus I know it wouldn't be healthy to eat less than I am, and I'm sure I would get hungry to.) so I'm not really willing to that.

I really hope someone knows. I could use some advice.
