Found this Site while researching nutritional content of green bananas.I am currently trying to follow a low carb moderately high protein diet.somewhere between Dr Mercola,s Nutritional Protein Type Diet and the Eades 'Protein Power', I aim for between 33 and 55 grams carbs daily.I think once I become familiar with this web site I will like what it has to offer.So here's to new beginnings and future with no backache.
