Just back home from a glorious trip to Anglesey. Weather was wonderful every day. We walked every day on warm sandy beaches and through Newborough Forest. I behaved myself eating wise, so my weight is fairly constant. I hope all my buddies are OK. Glad to be back in touch.

Glad you had good weather and a good time! Weather here has been quite showery till the last few days. Now it's fine, but I've hurt my leg, so am resting it, not walking much or cycling. Will have to get back out soon though!
