The first few days have been a torment. Lightheaded, hungry and a constant headache. I know this will pass soon but it's frustrating and hard to function.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 September 2015:
1514 kcal Fat: 79.58g | Prot: 76.63g | Carb: 123.46g.   Breakfast: Sugar in the Raw Turbinado Sugar, Publix Half & Half, Dunkin' Donuts Caramel Coffee, Crisco Pure Canola Oil, Unsalted Butter Stick, Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, Fried Egg. Lunch: Sweet Onions, Great Value Frozen Broccoli Florets, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Dinner: Yummy Dino Buddies, Wellsley Farms All Natural Whole Almonds. Snacks/Other: Sargento Natural Swiss Cheese, Tropicana Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels. more...

You might be trying to cut back too quickly. You shouldn't be lightheaded. It's better to take your time than rush and burn out. I hope you feel better.
