Had a real good day. Did a lot of walking, and stuck to the plan.
2.5 lbs to my cruise goal. Then I can keep going. I just have to be sure I don't put it back on when we are cruising.
162.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
