Alright. This is it. Again. In 2006, I had ballooned to a hefty 272 lbs as a result of poor diet, no exercise, stress and depression. With a combination of extremely low calorie intake and a ramped up daily exercise regimen, I went from 272 to 169 lbs in 3.5 months. While I am not attempting to lose 100 lbs this time, I am trying to drop about 55-60 lbs and tone up my body. I have gained back unhealthy weight as a result of too much work, a lazy and unhealthy diet, no exercise and depression. Now that I am married with two young boys, I need to be in good shape. I have more reasons to get in shape and stay that way than I ever have. Not that going back to medium and large shirts plus 32 inch waist trousers will be a bad thing either though...

I am currently at 235 lbs and am 6 ft 1 in. I fit uncomfortably into 36 inch waist trousers and am usually in XL shirts. I have man boobs, love handles, a large ass and noticeable gut. My goal is to be back in 32 inch trousers (and need a belt with some), medium shirts (or large if I want them baggy), an athletic look and toned/defined appearance. I have been there before (exactly two years ago), I just have to commit to getting there again and then staying there. Too many times I have been at that point physically and then eventually just start slacking on diet and exercise and go right back to where I am now. This time I want to be in it for the long haul. I want to be able to keep up with my kids and even wear then out. Right now, I get tired just walking up my staircase at home. I want to not only coach them to swim, but also lead by example. I WILL GET THERE AGAIN. It all starts right now.
