I am so damn tired...

Still building the Halloween store. It's so much more work than I ever imagined. My hands hurt, my feet hurt, my thighs are killing me, it's just been absolutely brutal. By the time the store actually opens, I'll be too burned out to even enjoy my job.

I don't have any time to eat, either. I'm not allowed to take breaks during work other than a 30-40 minute lunch. Since we have SO much to do, every single moment is necessary. I sip on a Monster Energy drink for several hours during the day, it's enough to keep me going during the day, and manage to have a small lunch every day, but that's it. I'll be so happy when this set up is over and we can relax some.

And with all this work it's even more frustrating that I seemed to have gained weight. It's within my acceptable fluctuation range, but it's still really frustrating that I've been doing so much work for so long and I've been stuck in the same range for months and months.

The store may end up fun when Halloween rolls around...weight loss is 90% what you choose to eat. It could be you do not eat enough - small frequent eating may move your metabolism. Or, it could be what you are eating. You could do some research on healthy weight loss plans that are low carb, or higher protein. Good luck!
