So, I guess this is day 1!
I have been bad about following my diet and exercise goals over the last year and a half and have gained back 18 lbs. Yuck. However, I am excited to get back on track and lose a little more to boot! My first goal is going to be to hit 190 lbs, since that's 10 lbs lighter than where I fell off the wagon last time around.
2 years ago I went from 270lbs down to 200lbs - I never want to see 270 again. Seeing the weight creeping back on was a wake up call - back to tracking! Let's get this show on the road.
