Sorry to say my current meal plan has not met my expectations. It was after all just one of many test plans I have tried. Some might say "you need more time". The problem is that I'm left hungry most of the time. I work out hard and have made an honest effort and have received little in weight loss. There is however been a great deal of information learned which has made this plan worthwhile.
After doing some further research I will be starting a new meal plan next week. I will continue to weigh in every Sunday.
The new plan is one that will closely resemble one I have had success with in the past. It will have a slight twist which will include a minimum of 30g per day of fiber. The remainder will consist of lean meats, vegetables and beans. Carbohydrates will be minimized in this plan. This will be similar to the plan found in the book entitled The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferris.
If done correctly, this is a sustainable long term style of eating which is the key to not only losing weight but also maintaining the loss and improving overall health.
