okay, I got it. One more pound notch. I don't really call it a win though until I see it maintained. But it does show weight is not going UP.

I have been working diligently to get my innards functioning. I take a supplement to help my food digest. It's one of the ways I got into trouble. I ate protein and veggies because I am doing a little exercise and I wanted to add muscle. But because I wasn't digesting... it became very painful, triggered a gall bladder issue. So, two things, apple cider vinegar twice a day and HCP with Pepsin with all meals that have protein.

My innards not working may have been part of my problem with food all along. I always felt HUNGRY, which meant I never felt nourished. YEt I was taking supplements with my food so why did I remain starving and then overeating? YEP, my body was being stuffed but not being FED. So I have changed up to see what helps me digest. I do eat apples and take fiber twice a day, and eat beets for my gall bladder health, and cranberry for my bladder.

And I've increasing walking after my evening meal. I don't eat at night, I just call it my evening meal because it's my pm meal, usually 4pm, so that it's 5 hrs before I go to bed, no food right before bed.

And I am increasing certain exercises to help my core and upper body strength. I have been a sloth for so long that I may not get back strength but hope to slow the loss. Age is against me as well. My goal is to be able to walk out in nature...all the days of my life.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
