Only half pound down so can not claim a pound loss. And prolly higher tomorrow because I did eat the ice cream dessert that I planned to today. I did eat all other meals according to my plan.
I am tired. Is it because of the fat/sugar and I'm not used to it. Or... as I fear, I am still in trouble and not able to find any energy to do what I need to in life.
