172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well I lost one pound but almost everything I eat is a carb so I need find other foods to eat that I like and are not carbs.

I have to do the same thing, I realized yesterday when I saw the Dr that I´m eating a lot of things that are not healthy, specially lunchmeat. today I started fresh and with a new attitude

Lunch meat and other things were making my blood pressure go up so I cut out a lot of foods. I'm doing the "no eating after 8 challenge" wish me luck.

yes, those affect the blood pressure because they are high in sodium, so good thing you cut out all of those, youc an do that, I´m trying not to eat after 8 too, and in case I have craving I drink lemon water very chill and that helps. Good luck pal. we can do this.
