Well today is the first day about getting control back in my life. I am glad that I have started so why do I feel sad?

It's a tough thing to do; admitting what you've done so far hasn't been the 'proper' thing in regards to some of the decisions that you've been making. I've made hundreds of pounds of wrong decisions and everyday I wake up, more determined then the day before, to right those wrongs and make a better life for myself and my family. Welcome to FS!

Food is comfort and is your friend - you worry you will lose the friend - grief process thinking you will be deprived of your favorites. Eventually you will have them in small portions once again...
