woohoo! lost a pound! oh happy day! ive stayed the same for 4 or 5 days and kept the faith the calories i was eating was right. i was worried i was eating too many and nothing was ever going to happen. but i want to lose at a slow rate like your supposed to so i kept going and woohoo! i finally lost a pound. so now im encouraged and going to keep at it....this despite eating hospital food for the last few days. Mom is doing great. and is getting grumpy...which is her normal self, LOL, so thats good. today is the day she has to get up and walk on her new hip so we will see how thats gonna go...im spending the night tonight. i havent been able to walk the last couple of days but when she gets to the rehab center hopefully i can get time to walk some.

Fantastic news, well done. Glad your mum is getting back to her old self - even if that is grumpy lol. Just think, you lost the pound and didn't have time to exercise.... When you start back exercising, you will be even more successful :)
