Back on my food plan. After being at 158 for a week, I shifted a little. Prolly due to a gall bladder issue though. But I will take this loss and hope to not regain it when I start eating solid food again, prolly tomorrow.
Fell off one day but back to no candy/donuts/cake/icecream. I had toast with butter/jam TWO days but back to no bread as well.
Wow. I just realized, I've lost 10 lbs since I started. I still need to lose 4 more in order to drop a dress size but HEY, 10lbs is a nice feeling boost!
