I had a set back. I found out that the reason I was feeling bad was because I have a gall bladder issue. I wasn't digesting food. I had changed from sugar to protein/veg diet but it made me VERY SICK. I mentioned my bowels weren't moving. NOw I know why. I had to stop and lay around, dying for a couple of days. I walked this morning. I found supplements to try to help me digest my food (Betaine HCL + Pepsin). At least I didn't gain weight. Will double my walk tomorrow as long as I don't wake up in terrible pain and fever. I didn't poop today so I doubled the supplement at dinner time.
