Ended up going out for clam strips with my brother-I even drank soda and had French fries without guilt!(First time in months caving to all that!) Did not have a great night at work(forgot to pack lunch) and resorted to quick meals-not terrible, but not the best either(instant oatmeal & banana-ok; Dove milk chocolate bar - not so OK!)! Luckily stayed under, and am back on track today!!!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 63.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
