So I wasn't keeping up on my water consumption and now I have been - I think this loss is just my body being hydrated again and ditching some of the water it was hanging onto. Still, I'll take it!

135.0 puts me back at the weight I was 5 years ago when I started this thing (134.8 at 11:30!) - before I started taking medication for my epilepsy. I'm NOT proud to say that this also means I am down 20 lbs. from my Thailand weight of 154, which was repulsive and I hate to admit ever even happened...

I'm super proud of myself right now for getting back to square one, as silly as that sounds for some. I could definitely stand to tone up more and lose 5-10 more pounds, but I am so glad to be back where I began.

134.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
