I'm down a little more than just what I gained back over the weekend. lets see if I can stay below 261 after the weekend!

My goal for weekends is not so much to be completely free of dieting but to just keep my metabolism from slowing down during dieting by kicking my calorie intake back to maintaining weight levels.
259.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
