Technically I went back up to 274 point something since last week, yesterday's weight was 274 point something (I'm too embarrassed about gains to add them to my weight chart), so I'm down over 5lbs today, back on track. I'm going to try to stick to breakfast and lunch of protein shakes for the next couple of days and then get back to strict food plans because I obviously don't have enough self control. I'm already off my goal for the year by 20lbs. This is the last time I want to be actively trying to lose weight. I want to get this weight off once and for all and never have to worry about it again, I just want to be normal and be able to play with my kids on playgrounds and stuff... And ride amusement park rides without crying.. and try on clothes without crying...
269.2 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 139.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
