Didn't do too well on the keeping it keto front today. The hazards of having a job that involves taking old ladies out to tea is that it involves lots of pressure to eat cakes and today I gave in and had a little piece. The lunch provided at work also included pea soup which turns out to be pretty high carb. Must remember to make some more low carb coconut flax muffins to take with me tomorrow to help resist temptation. At least the scales seem to be heading in the right direction.
