went to registration for son. now im at hospital with mom. she is having hip surgery around 3. she is on some medicine and is talking crazy. lol. at least she isnt in any pain. i drank my whey protein on the way here and will eat later!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
