I not doing a very great job eating but last year I lost 25lbs and I have be able to keep it off, that is the main thing.I'm just staying in the pocket, gain a little, lose a little now. But I just want to lose a little more weigh. My down fall is that in the evening after work I want to chill and snacking is apart of that down time.
