Well I didn't do to bad over the weekend. I went off becuase of my baby girl's 16th birthday. But I only gained 2.8lbs. Trust me I thought i'd do more. But i'm back on now and wont do that agien. My body hated me last night. To think I used to eat like that all the time,why? I hate that feeling. But it showed my boyfriend how easy it is for me to gain and how hard it is to loss. I think he understands now and will be more helpfull now.
