Well back from fun in the sun in San Diego for a long weekend. I didn't Binge (as I have in the past) but I sure wasn't good either. I'm ready to roll on my return - got a good lunch packed, dinner planned and went to the gym this morning. But I was scared to step on the scale today :p Giving myself a day to lose some of the water weight before taking that plunge.

And then it's onto a week at a time! I don't have any commitments that will prevent me from my morning workouts coming up, so Let's see if I can make it to the gym EVERY DAY. Even if that means just 25 minutes on the elliptical or something. My goal is to keep it up for one month from today.
