how do I get back to my weight loss rutine and exercising habits?
191.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week

You gotta find what motivates you! Sometimes's it's starting a new exercise class (crossfit, yoga, bootcamp, etc.). Find a new diet plan to try. Get an exercise/weight loss buddy. If you run or bike, join a local club to meet people and ride/run with them. Sometimes you gotta dig your heels in and just do it. Now get your bum to the gym and get moving!!!! Lol!

I found one great way to get motivated is to join a challenge or group that interests you. If you don't see a challenge you like you can always create one, make it public and you'll be amazed at how many people join! I had 2 buddies before I created my Lucky 21 challenge and now I can't keep track of everyone! It's a great way to find information that is really helpful and the encouragement is great!
