My weightloss journey begins today. I currently weigh 100 kg on the dot and would like to lower it down to 70kg. My goal for now is to lose 15kg followed by another 15kg. I'm still lazy to join gym but I will as time goes by. For now, I'm resticing my calorie intake and sticking to my recommended calorie intake. Day 1 went perfectly well!!!
