Okay so I'm finally able to get back to working out! I'm super excited about it! I know I won't be anywhere near my goal weight for fall, but I think I'm finally to a point where I'm okay with that. I don't have to be exactly where I want to be within a certain period of time. I just have to be actively working to get there. I'll get there, I just need to keep going.

It takes 4 weeks for YOU to see your body changing.
It takes 8 weeks for YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY to see your body changing.
It takes 12 weeks for THE REST OF THE WORLD to see your body changing.
KEEP GOING!!!

BTW, those new Vlasik (sp?) Bold and Spicy Tabasco dill pickles are DELICIOUS!
192.6 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
