Okay. Have to get back on track. Have to. I should know by now that when I "forget" to log my food into my diet calendar, I end up cheating. Or vice versa. Regardless, I have to figure out a way to make this work for me. I feel soooo much better doing low carb than low cal. I just have to find a way around the food boredom. And missing starch. If I actually enjoyed cooking, this might be easier. But I just purchased a low carb cookbook anyway, and maybe it will help some variety to my menu.

Yeah, I was hungry all the time low cal, not now. I do miss my pastas though - but I'm sure with all the amazing recipes out there that eventually I won't miss them at all.
I use this:

It's wonderful.

Thanks DragonChaser! I checked out that website and it looks like a valuable source of recipes. That will help tremendously! I was hungry all the time on low cal, too. Plus I would get horrible cravings, which I don't have on low carb. I also don't feel as bloated eating low carb. So it seems as if the biggest challenge is getting enough variety.
