I am back home and back on my diet. I could not believe when I weighted in on Monday that I had gained 10 lbs since my birthday. I am again losing I have lost 3 lbs since Monday.

Lost so far: 4.0 lb.
Still to go: 113.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
