oh my goodness me...so busy I forgot to eat...and as a low carb today...I was only at about 48% of my RDI (edited: at 3:00 pm)...and had major low sugar crash.
ooops...kinda explains my odd supper and snacks (edited:that I quickly started eating to 100% rdi or close to 1500 calories)
turkey breast is defrosting for tomorrow. (edited: I did eat!)
