my feet hurt...
my knee aches...
even my eyes and hair feel strained...
i'm tired of the 24/7 365 of it all...

I know why it's called 'comfort food'...and boy did I need a lot of comforting.

in the attached picture, is me (at 16ish) my my US Navy sea cadet uniform, my dad in his dress uniform (he was buried in it)AND A SELFIE of me now in that same uniform (snug and short)... I was in the cadets between boyscouts and joining the uscgr.

214.2 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
