Oops, I missed my workouts this week! Too tired and too hot! I need to do it though, 4 weeks til our Destin trip and 8 weeks till my first Tri! Whoa!

For the next 4 weeks, I am going to be on a mission! My goal is to work out at least an hour, 6 days a week and to lose 6-8 pounds, although it would be splendid if I could 10, but that would be 2.5 lbs a week, and I only have a total of 10-15 lbs to lose anyway. My boyfriend gets at 4am to get ready for work, so I am going to try to workout then. But, man, is that early! I may have to change that to 4:30 or 4:45.
