Finished my first day on this app. It has a lot of great features however I don't think it's very user friendly. I can't figure it how to add my picture or my diet plan. Earlier every time I added food to my diary it would end up deleting it. I wound up deleting the app and adding it again. I need to go grocery shopping and get serious about going low carb. Hopefully I can buckle down and get my snacking under control and get this weight off.
