Not unhappy!
166.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I even weighed myself again now and I'm down! I'm down! I've lost 2kg in month. Fasted 8 times in total so far, I think. That's great for the way I eat. Thank you both.

Thanks Glen! Big Boy, wondering if it is related to waking up first thing with sore muscles and some water retention and that later in the day I had lost some of that? Not sure. Unless my scale is wonky! Fasting again tomorrow, so if scale says around the same on Friday, then that's great.

That could be it. If you used the loo between the weigh-ins and didn't eat or drink anything then it definitely was water retention by sore muscles. Either way, you doing great! Keep it up!
