I'm really pleased with my food intake today even though my foof choices have to change - all in all day 1 came in under my calorie allowance. I met some very supportive people - thank you.

I'm premenopausal
47, and it's so very difficult. I have a very difficult time after dinner , around 8pm before bed. I feel I deserve an icecream today. I don't really need it!!!!!! Getting from tv to bed is so hard, I know it's emotional

Hi All I am still trying to figure out this site, UGH - At Brandichloe - I sent you an email as I am still trying to figure out this site. UGH. Last night I made it without eating after dinner, I am sure that being here on this site is why I was able to. Try tonight to have just have a taste or two (no cold turkey) of what you might normally have and then check in here to keep your mind focused on your goals. Also, get a good book and get into bed to read that helps me too.
