Have been doing a significant amount of Exercise--- and Long Triathlons. Am gaining weight due to VOLUME and some improper choices. Need to get this back under control. Despite the work on fitness--- the weight gain must be monitored.
178.1 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
