well, after jumping up to 221.9 last night...I (sorry to sound gross here, but bare with me...) showered, pooped, reweighed (218.x) and went to bed...

As you can see, nearly 3# of poo, AND 3# of sleeping?. WTF? And I'm back to that 215 barrier again.

damn...

I've run the numbers on my carb counts, tweaked WHAT I've been eating to reduce that grey area of 'is this OK to have?', even made sure I weighed as empty as possible first thing in the morning and still that 215 wall keeps hitting me in the face....
215.5 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week


Comments 
If you're exercising, especially with men, chances are you are gaining muscle with all that protein. Also, people always hit a wall on Atkins, always. You can break it with a 'fat fast', google it, or just wait it out. It can take as long as a couple months, but it will go.
