Just when the inches were coming off the J-lo butt and my legs were getting tighter i get my period. Really Mother nature aofijweoafj rawr! Bleh oh well life is as it is. Got back to the gym today and started off with some cardio to start the day and gonna hit the weights later. I'm thinking legs, back, and abs! Maybe go a little light on the legs no squats my knee is acting up bleh. Regardless for the past two days i kinda binged out. Last night was a healthy binge and under 1800 but still {shrugs} I shouldnt really be eating if i am NOT HUNGRY. Jeez when will i learn this concept? Eat when hungry, dont eat when you're not hungy. Not hard right? Meh. Reagrdless its been a good week so far and guess who just find out theres a wedding next week -____- Oh god. I'm gonna get crazy. These abs need to be epic at the wedding considered i'm wearing a sari! (they're so pretty! and heels and i'm excited) :) I'm the weirdest lez ever i swear. I'll wear a tie one day and then wear heels another day oh well. But no i'm excited for the wedding but i WILL have a flat stomach. Alright buddies have a good thursday!

Still having trouble with the not eating when not hungry thing.. I don't know if I am ever going to be able to move past it. For now, I celebrate the small wins. For example, Wednesday night I pulled out a rice pudding snack (130 calories) and was about to eat it when I realized, WAIT I AM NOT HUNGRY and I put it back. Small victories are something to be celebrated. Hate mother nature sometimes - she's been kind and kept my TOM away since March. I know your stomach will be flat in that sari .. I love that idea of a sari at a wedding, different and elegant. Have a good weekend Ninja!

Lol its an indian wedding sp lots of saris and colors and ridiculous food. Needless to say that will be my cheat day. Erm win for small victories. I get those sometimes we'll figure it out eventually. Omfg the cravings bleh... Theres a dinner for it this weekend meh....whatever ill look semi decent I guess

I find I eat when I'm bored, which makes weekends the hardest for me!!!! Last night I had already eaten and I'm like hmmm I want cereal, so to distract myself I literally had to leave the house and go do the stairs! On weekends though when I'm just lounging I cannot watch tv by the kitchen, I have to be upstairs otherwise I will just keep eating. I find that if I wait until I'm hungry to eat then I end up eating more. I guess that's why they say to eat every 3 hours so you're never eating when you're actually hungry. Enjoy the wedding and the spiking! yay!
