Day 1, Dr appt for heart check and cholesterol check. Need to lose gut and tone up. Six months of lazy assedness. Did kayak on Casco Bay a couple weeks ago and paddled for 4 hours straight against the tide. Hiked about 20 miles in Acadia 2/3 of it steep hikes and rocks.
So I know I am able to perform, just need to make the time.
