Forced into retirement last year. Was going to gym but got lazy after shoulder injury. Need to get back in shape. Cholesterol is a big concern too.Decided today to start taking it seriously. Bought 10lbs of rolled oats yesterday. This AM. 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp raw honey, 1 C black coffee. Gonna track my input.
I need to fix myself. Wife is complaining of my gut. Need better heart health. Have Dr appt this AM for heart concern. Then gym to elliptical if I get the green light from Dr.
