Haven't hit the weights in awhile but I did manage to get on the treadmill a few times this week and just run. It was a good week. More good things next week.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
