Tried logging food on another website, and kind of a disaster! It is as I suspected, with Carbs way too high. Not good!

I am taking a break from my Ezekiel sprouted bread, as my tummy has been rebelling since last night. So I guess when I try it again, I will have to limit it to a small amount 2-3 times a week and see how that goes. Drat!
