Got back from my 12 day vacation about 3 days ago. I chose to wait until the first of the month to get back into working out because the new Blogilates calendar starts today, and I just wanted a few days to unwind and come down from the drive. 12 hours by yourself down super long, desolate desert highways can really be exhausting.
I haven't weighed myself since I've been back, but I don't think I over ate much at all while I was gone. My dad's working on losing weight as well, so we had no junk food available while camping (other than Gatorade because we were doing a lot of manual labor in really hot weather), and all of our meals were pretty standard. I made sure to keep my portions small even though I wasn't measuring, and I don't feel like I've gained any weight, really.
So that's good. Back to the grind today!
