Still losing. Not a gain so I will take it. Continue to watch the carbs. Switch up the exercise routine. It's all good.



BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 103 AT 12:16 P.M. ON FRIDAY, JULY 31ST. (BEFORE)
227.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 67.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
