7/30/15 201.6 Went to the doctor yesterday, a followup from my kidney stone. she told me what not to eat in order to keep stones away. well, to this i say.... forget it. the bottom line is chase everything with water. and as usual, moderation is key. I am (almost) at the point where I don't drink anything with calories. It's the best way for me to start losing weight. Okay, I'm still going to have smoothies, and there is probably more sugar in them than I need, but I plan to tweak my recipe and see what happens. more tomorrow.
